Job Description:
The Bilingual Spanish Call Center Banker is responsible for engaging with clients understanding their financial goals and connecting them with the banks comprehensive solutions to help achieve those goals. This role involves balancing service requests with sales opportunities providing expert advice on financial products and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best products services and solutions.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Product Sales: Sell and fulfill a range of banking products including checking and savings accounts credit cards Certificates of Deposit (CDs) Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and loans.
Referral Generation: Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer them to Line of Business partners.
Quotation: Provide quotes for rates terms and programs for various banking solutions.
Risk Management: Manage risk in every business product and service transaction by leveraging available tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Experience:
At least one year of sales experience with crossselling upselling or referring products.
Intermediate proficiency with computers.
Selfmotivated with excellent organizational skills.
Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
