As a Technical Architect with hands on NOW platform with 12 years of experience in industry you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the SDLC. You will play an important role in creating the highlevel design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. You MUST possess implementation experience of Domain Separation across MSP domains with a proven track record of data migration integration hub / IDR and CMDB Modelling. You MUST possess strong CMDB knowledge and has a strong experience on Integrations. You MUST have required ServiceNow certifications that demonstrate your hunger for knowledge CAD CTA* are are some examples. You should have good understanding of CSDM. Understanding of either of Telecom Service Management (which is built on ITSM CSM) and / or Telecom Service Operations Management (built on ITOM (IT Operations Management) is plus. A fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules integration hub / IDR and hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB Custom) with third party applications A deep understanding of ServiceNow domain separation strategy implementation and best practices with demonstrable handson experience across various assignments
