Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist inidentifying assessing and resolving issues/problems.
Assess and resolvenonstandard and standard issues or problems.
Seek advice and escalateissues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
- Additional Job Details: Good Communication should be flexible for Work from office and Shift timings.
- Budgeted Rate Monthly CTC in INR: 15000 Rs/
- Work Hours / Shift Timing: 5.00 Pm to 2.30 PM.
