Assignment Start Date: 8/23/2024
Shift: Days Full Time
Salary: $83000.00 to $125000.00
** The successful and CVORexperienced candidate may be eligible for a $50000 signon bonus to be paid out over a period of 24 months
Recruiting for a fulltime experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team in Newark DE. The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.
This position shift is predominately a Day shift and MondayFriday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart calls as required
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years or more Operating Room experience
- Cardiac OpenHeart experience is required
Education:
- BSN preferred; Commitment to obtaining within three years of the date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current RN licensure required
