Job description:
Primary Skills :
Network voice
Bachelor in any stream with good communication skill having relevant experience of minimum 57 years
Network Security ITIL certification is preferred
Proficient in managing Voice over IP principles and PBX functionality Cisco Call Manager Cisco Unity Connection Dialer ICM Cisco Presence SIP SCCP H323 etc
Candidate should have knowledge on specific OEM products like Cisco
Avaya Product Knowledge is added advantage
Candidate should have knowledge on Voice infrastructure such as Cisco Voice gateway Cisco Call Manager Cisco Unity Voicemail
Candidate to have knowledge on Cisco Unified Communications Voice ConferencingWebex
Candidate to have knowledge on Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise UCCEICMCVP Call Recording Voice conferencing and collaboration
Candidate should have fair knowledge on Teams integration and call routing techniques
Candidate Should have knowledge on device backup monitoring hardening upgrade privilege access management etc
Should be able to design and develop architectural diagrams specific to network and security
Candidate to have knowledge on VPN and other remote connectivity
Strong communicator in terms of managing ISP relationship
Fair understanding on cloud connectivity and terminologies
Candidate should be able to contribute to root cause analysis process
Adheres to customer defined process and procedures
provide Incident escalation and interact as necessary with Customer ThirdParty Vendor and escalate hardware and other ThirdParty Vendor related malfunctions to Customer ThirdParty Vendor for Resolution in accordance with agreed service level
Qualifications
Cisco Unified Call Manager and Cisco Unified Compute System certification on VoIP systems
CCNP Voice CCVP Preferred
Working knowledge of LANWAN and data networks
