Job Title: Senior UI Developer / Team Lead
Location: Richmond VA (Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI Developer/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development with expertise in Angular and other JavaScript frameworks. This role involves leading a team designing and developing new modules and ensuring the seamless delivery of enterpriselevel applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Develop and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using ReactJS to meet enterprise requirements.
- Component Development: Build reusable UI components and modules in line with business needs leveraging Angular JavaScript React and other modern frameworks.
- User Interface Design: Create responsive User Interfaces for various devices including mobile tablet and desktop using HTML5 CSS3 and Material UI.
- Database Management: Work with relational databases such as Oracle PL/SQL MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Code Management: Utilize version control systems like Git and SVN for code management and collaboration.
- Testing: Test Automation
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD practices using tools like OpenShift and Jenkins.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers mentor junior team members and manage tasks effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
- Agile Methodology: Work within an Agile Scrum environment participating in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Production Support: Provide production support and enhancements based on application requirements ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Skills:
- JavaScript Frameworks: Expert knowledge in Angular ReactJS ExtJS and jQuery.
- FrontEnd Technologies: Proficient in HTML5 CSS3 SASS LESS Bootstrap and JavaScript.
- BackEnd Integration: Experience with Java APIs Spring Boot and RESTful web services.
- State Management: Handson experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit for managing application state.
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Node Package Manager (NPM) Git SVN and various IDEs such as Visual Studio Code Eclipse and IntelliJ.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor
- Experience: Over 8 years of experience in UI development with a focus on JavaScript frameworks including extensive work with Angular and team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problemsolving troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
