Job Description
Job Title: Service Now (CMDB)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 611 Years
Notice Period: Immediate or 30 Days
Position Overview:We are seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our team to support the CMDB Data Maturity Expansion initiative. This project focuses on enhancing service mapping optimizing IT operations and improving IT asset management to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and address critical use cases.
Key Responsibilities:-
Service Mapping:
Develop and maintain service maps to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with ERT CAB and Service Management teams to align service maps with operational needs. -
CMDB Data Management:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CMDB data Implement processes for effective data entry and management. -
ITOM and ITAM Support:
Contribute to IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives.Address critical use cases related to ERT MTTR CAB operations and compliance with ISO standards and other regulations. -
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as the Chips Act and vulnerability response mandates.Implement risk management processes related to IT asset and service management.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in application modeling and mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
