As part of our mission to foster innovation and entrepreneurship we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Founder in Residence at Cifra you will have the unique opportunity to develop launch and scale new consumerfacing companies. This role is ideal for experienced entrepreneurs who have a passion for creating innovative products and services that delight consumers. You will work closely with our leadership team advisors and a network of investors to turn your vision into reality.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideation and Concept Development: Identify and explore new business ideas in the consumer space. Conduct market research to validate concepts and assess market potential.

Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans including value propositions target market analysis competitive landscape revenue models and gotomarket strategies.

Product Development: Lead the development of MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) and iterate based on user feedback. Collaborate with designers and developers to bring products to life.

Fundraising: Work with our investment team to prepare pitch decks and secure seed funding. Engage with potential investors and partners to raise capital for your startup.

Team Building: Assemble a talented team to support the growth and development of the new venture. Oversee recruitment onboarding and management of team members.

GotoMarket Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to launch the product and acquire early customers. Utilise digital marketing social media and other channels to drive growth.

Scaling Operations: Optimise business operations for scalability. Implement processes and systems to support rapid growth and expansion.

Mentorship and Collaboration: Collaborate with other founders mentors and advisors within our ecosystem. Share knowledge insights and best practices to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a founder cofounder or senior leader in a startup particularly in the consumerfacing sector.

Demonstrated success in taking a product from concept to market.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take calculated risks.

Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.

Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision and execute on it.

Strong understanding of product development user experience and customer acquisition strategies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in fundraising and building relationships with investors.

Ability to build and lead highperforming teams.

Passion for creating products that improve the lives of consumers.
