Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the UAEUk Europe and many other countries in the world.
Job Title: Tooling & Straightening Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration : 3 Months Contract
Job Description
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize tools and processes for efficiency quality and costeffectiveness.
- Design develop and implement tooling and straightening processes to support manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot and improve existing tooling and straightening processes.
- Develop tooling dies jigs and fixtures and optimize straightening processes for metal components.
- Implement maintenance plans for tooling and straightening equipment ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Process Engineering Software and CNC programs like Catia V5 and Siemens NX.
- Familiarity with machining processes of metallic components and aerospace quality standards.
- Strong analytical organizational and technical skills.
Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in the aerospace automotive or metallic manufacturing industries.
- Experience with AS9100 standards and tools like CATIA V5 or Siemens NX.
- Proven track record in process improvement and familiarity with nonconformance processes.
