Job Title: IT Project Manager with Gen AI
Location: Hybrid Onsite in McLean Tuesday through Thursday (Local candidates only)

Overview: The IT Project Manager will lead complex projects with a focus on Project and Risk Management. The role requires handson experience with Generative AI (GenAI) product implementation and familiarity with riskrelated concepts. Strong communication skills and experience with Freddie Mac Fannie Mae or the banking/financial sector are essential.
Position: FullTime W2 ONLY USC/GC
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project and risk management activities.
- Implement and manage risk frameworks controls and remediation strategies.
- Lead the implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) products.
- Communicate effectively across various organizational levels presenting information clearly.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project goals are met.
Requirement Qualifications:
MustHave:
- Handson experience with Project and Risk Management.
- Familiarity with riskrelated concepts including frameworks controls and remediation.
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) product implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Project management experience in the mortgage industry.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) Agile methodology and project management life cycle (PMLC).
