With your deep product knowledge you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Provide ongoing support to clients addressing their technical issues and concerns. Troubleshoot system or application problems and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth system operations. Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Implementation. Strong understanding of network protocols and wireless communication standards. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting wireless networks. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Implementation. This position is based at our Pune office.
