Job Description
Job Title: Associate Portfolio Manager Job Overview:
We are looking for an analytical and proactive Associate Portfolio Manager to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will support portfolio management activities including investment analysis portfolio construction and performance monitoring. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in portfolio management and contribute to the success of our clients investment strategies.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of client investment portfolios including asset allocation and security selection.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of investment opportunities across various asset classes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and generate reports on key metrics and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with senior portfolio managers to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct research on macroeconomic trends market conditions and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare client presentations and participate in client meetings to communicate portfolio performance and strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in investment management portfolio management or a related field.
- Progress toward CFA designation or willingness to pursue CFA certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Bloomberg).
- Excellent understanding of investment products financial markets and economic principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
