Job Description
Job Title: Real Estate Finance Attorney
Location: Greater Phoenix Area Arizona Onsite
Urgent Need:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Finance Attorney to join their nationally Chambersranked Real Estate Practice Group. While the preferred location is Phoenix Arizona consideration will also be given to candidates from other client office locations or Nevadabased attorneys admitted to practice in Arizona.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: A minimum of ten years in real estate finance with extensive experience advising lenders through financing transactions.
- Expertise: Proven track record in term sheet negotiations documentation closing and providing ongoing advice. Expertise in areas such as construction loans homebuilder acquisition and development loans healthcare real estate dealer finance financed ground leases bridge and mezzanine loans EB5 debt syndication forbearance arrangements and deedinlieu transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in real estate finance transactions.
- Draft negotiate and/or manage the drafting and negotiation of loan documents.
- Conduct and/or oversee due diligence processes.
- Deliver value aligned with the firms core principles.
- Utilize the firms national platform and resources to develop new business opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Arizona.
- At least 10 years of focused experience in real estate finance.
- Portable practice is preferred.
- Strong analytical problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
