Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Manager Bancassurance Channel for SME channel to sell B2B Genereal Insurance Products.

Location: Mahendragarh Narnaul Ambala & Kurukshetra

Reports to: Regional Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager Bancassurance Channel to manage our Banca partners. The BDM will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with these banks driving sales growth and ensuring effective implementation of strategies to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Banking Partner.
  • Collaborate with bank branches to ensure seamless integration and alignment of bancassurance products and services.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales of general insurance products through Banking Partner branchaes at assigned locations.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase penetration and market share within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute sales plans in line with the companys overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance market trends and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing PSU bank relationships in the general insurance sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with bank officials and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
