Job Title : Senior Developer Dynamics 365
Location:Remote
Responsibilities:

The senior Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for the development configuration integration administration and technical support for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application.

The developer will be working collaboratively with the external systems integrator IT technical team IT business analysts IT managers/architects and business subject matter experts to develop configure integrate and document all technical components pertaining to the CRM solution

Partnering with the Business and technology teams for defining and implementing the integrations with CRM.

Leads the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies legacy and technical debt and implement solutions for improvement.

Design integration solutions for backend services and back office/ ERP applications. Develop data conversion and testing strategies

Lead development tracks by aligning high level design low level design code reviews code quality & standards with various delivery teams and ensure project timelines.

Ensure strong alignment to enterprise governance security and compliance practices through continuous collaboration and necessary interventions.

Develop team capabilities and manage deployment to provide customerfocused design and implementation support.

Ensure teams have the right skills and composition to deliver quickly and respond to emerging requirements with agile approach.
Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science informationtechnology system analysis or a related study or equivalent experience

12 years of overall experience 6 years into solution architecture design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

Good knowledge and experience in application development (APIs) application programming interfaces middleware cloud compute database management identity management and security.

Good Experience and deep understanding of REST/SOAP web services JSON XML XSD.

In depth experience of working on Azure Integration Services including Azure API Management Azure Logic Apps Azure Data Factory Service Bus and Azure Functions

Nice to have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflows and integration knowledge with custom APIs.

Solid understanding of agile principles and development methodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities impact and risks taking account of technical and architectural debt

Good analytical planning organizational and technical skills. Be a voice of reason to make tough calls.

Excellent presentation communication leadership and business partnering skills to effectively present information to senior management.

Sound experience in working with MultiNational & Offshore / Onsite team
