Job Description
Position: Sr. Business Analyst
Location: Fort Wayne IN (All 5 days onsite)
Client: Aspire systems
Candidate pay: $65/hr on C2C
Domain: Transportation and Logistics (Preferred)
Exp required: 10 Years
Requirements
- Experience in the Transportation and Logistics domain (Preferred).
- Understanding Analysis Brainstorming and sharing solutions both functional and domainspecific.
- Capable of discussing with multiple stakeholders and drive the requirements to closure.
- Responsible for documenting business requirements in the form of Epics and getting signoff from business stakeholders.
- Capable of creating supporting diagrams (Use cases Flow charts Wireframes) to explain the problem and solution.
- Responsible to create user stories for the requirements along with Acceptance Criteria.
- Extensive experience in Agile process and scrum framework.
- Responsible for bridging the requirements gap between development and customer team.
- Responsible for Knowledge Management within the team.
- Responsible for test cases review.
- Experience in tools like JIRA Confluence Sharepoint and MS Visio.
