Job Description
- Proficient in the Workday and its all 19 SKUs and the product Ecosystem of the 3rd Party APIs relevant partners etc.
- Subject matter expert in Workday application related to two or more of the following products: Security Core HCM Benefits Compensation Talent Management Time and Attendance Absence Management Payroll Integration and/or Analytics and Reporting
- Provides workday solution design to client on their various HR process translating their Business requirements in to Workday finctionalities and workflows
- Provides daily operational support and incident troubleshooting to identify root causes and deliver solutions; detect and resolve problems designing and implementing configuration changes and monitor application performance
- Configures customizes and integrates Workday with other internal systems like SAP AssignmentPro ServiceNow etc.
- Develops deep domain knowledge by understanding Chevron business processes
- Understands business requirements and translates business needs into fitforpurpose actionable plans and solutions
- Participates actively in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement focus
- Communicates and responds promptly to production issues and project work
- Strong customer focus
- Starts or maintains support documentations
- Supports the software development lifecycle and maintains IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate
