Job Description for DWH position:
- The DWH L2 Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Talend Oracle.
- This role involves handling escalated issues from L1 support performing indepth analysis and collaborating with L3 engineers to debug issues and identify root cause analysis (RCA).
- The L2 Support Engineer should have extensive knowledge on Data warehousing and governing using Talend Oracle. He/She should also have knowledge and hands on experience in Azure Databricks for traditional business analytics and AI workloads and admin knowledge of working on Talend as well as server installation processes.
- Key responsibilities include analyzing logs diagnosing network and configuration issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal service levels. Additionally the L2 Support Engineer will work proactively to propose workarounds to ensure the smooth running of production systems and minimize impact on end users.
