Job Description

We need someone who has at least 23 years of experience in bulk hiring NONIT positions and expertise in the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain. hiring for a Large General Insurnace Client.

Location Jaipur & Chandigarh
Work Mode Wrok From Office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Hiring: Lead endtoend recruitment processes for highvolume hiring needs within the General Insurance sector.
  • BFSI Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain to source screen and select qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • DataDriven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize the hiring process and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in bulk hiring within the General Insurance sector with a strong background in the BFSI domain.
  • Skills: Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques talent assessment and relationship management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources.

Desired Competencies:

  • Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the Insurance sector General Insurance company exposure will be an added advantage
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
