Key Responsibilities:
- Bulk Hiring: Lead endtoend recruitment processes for highvolume hiring needs within the General Insurance sector.
- BFSI Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of the BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) domain to source screen and select qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
- DataDriven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize the hiring process and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in bulk hiring within the General Insurance sector with a strong background in the BFSI domain.
- Skills: Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques talent assessment and relationship management.
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources.

- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the Insurance sector General Insurance company exposure will be an added advantage
