Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Day Shift from Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote the companys products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the marketing team supporting teams (such as programmers) and vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Campaign Management: Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website emails social media and paid advertising) to ensure brand consistency.

Content Creation: Coordinate with the content team to produce highquality content for various digital platforms.

SEO & SEM: Optimize the website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility across platforms like Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and Twitter.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics ensuring continuous improvement.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters promotions and other customer communications.

Budget Management: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring costeffectiveness.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Innovation: Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.

Experience: 57 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts tools and strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo) and CRM software.
  • Experience with Google Analytics SEO SEM and PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads Google Analytics or HubSpot.
