Fitness Coach
Location:Woodley Reading
Salary: 12.0014.50 per hour commission
Hours: Fulltime

What Youll Be Doing
In this dynamic fitness coach role you will:
- Conduct fitness consultations including movement assessments and body scans to tailor training plans for new and existing members.
- Coordinate followups to maintain engagement and promote coaching options including oneonone personal training.
- Use onboarding insights to recommend training services and encourage longterm commitment to coaching programs.
- Drive sales initiatives by qualifying leads and converting them into loyal members and clients.
- Support operational tasks such as engagement campaigns national marketing and community outreach activities.
- Ensure the training floor and equipment are always clean and wellmaintained.
- Create a positive environment that inspires members to share their experiences.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate for this fitness job is:
- Friendly outgoing and passionate about helping others succeed.
- Experienced in sales and motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Confident with a natural ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Qualified with at least a Level 2 Personal Training certification (Level 3 preferred).
- Comfortable with technology such as iPads laptops and body scanners.
- Proactive and approachable ready to engage members on the gym floor and through outreach activities.
- Knowledgeable in maintaining high gym standards ensuring a safe clean and welcoming environment.

Additional Details
- Fulltime availability required (3240 hours per week).
- Sales experience (1 year) is required; customer service experience is preferred.
- You must hold the right to live and work in the UK.
