Job Title: Teamcenter PLM Training Leader

Location: Remote with travel to NY when required

Rate $75/Hr. on C2C & $71/Hr. on W2

Department: Training and Development

Reports To: Director of Learning and Development

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter PLM Training Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing delivering and managing training programs focused on Siemens Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. This role requires a deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM excellent instructional skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. The Training Leader will ensure that our teams and clients are proficient in utilizing Teamcenter PLM to streamline product development processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design and create comprehensive training materials for Teamcenter PLM including course outlines user guides video tutorials and interactive elearning modules.

Regularly update training materials to reflect new features enhancements and best practices within Teamcenter PLM.

Training Delivery:

Conduct inperson and virtual training sessions for internal teams clients and partners covering all aspects of Teamcenter PLM from basic functionalities to advanced configurations.

Customize training sessions based on the specific needs of different user groups including engineers managers and IT professionals.

Needs Assessment and Feedback:

Conduct assessments to determine the training needs of various teams and stakeholders and tailor the training content accordingly.

Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve the training programs and methodologies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the engineering product management and IT departments to ensure training content is aligned with business processes and technological advancements.

Partner with the HR team to integrate training into the onboarding process for new hires.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing support and mentoring to Teamcenter PLM users posttraining helping them apply what they have learned in their daily workflows.

Address user queries and troubleshoot issues related to Teamcenter PLM functionalities.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user adoption rates and productivity improvements.

Use datadriven insights to refine and enhance training strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Education or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

5 years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter PLM including implementation customization and user training.

Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs in a corporate environment.

Skills:

Indepth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM including modules such as BOM Management Change Management and Document Management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Strong project management abilities capable of handling multiple training projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in elearning development tools and platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external clients.

Certifications:

Siemens Certified Professional for Teamcenter or other relevant certifications is highly desirable.
