Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Training Leader

Location: Remote with travel to NY

Department: Training and Development

Reports To: Director of Learning and Development

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics CRM Training Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role requires deep expertise in MS Dynamics CRM excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring and developing others. The Training Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our teams and clients are fully equipped to utilize MS Dynamics CRM to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design and develop customized training materials and programs for MS Dynamics CRM including user manuals elearning modules workshops and webinars.

Update and maintain training documentation to reflect system updates new features and best practices.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for internal teams endusers and clients on the functionalities and best practices of MS Dynamics CRM.

Provide handson training to new users and advanced training for experienced users tailoring content to various user levels.

Needs Assessment and Feedback:

Conduct training needs assessments by meeting with stakeholders analyzing user proficiency levels and identifying gaps in knowledge.

Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the IT Sales and Marketing departments to understand the business processes and translate them into effective training.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate relevant and aligned with organizational goals.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide posttraining support and troubleshooting assistance to users to ensure smooth adoption of MS Dynamics CRM.

Serve as a goto resource for MS Dynamics CRMrelated queries and issues.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs including participant performance and engagement metrics.

Analyze training outcomes and make datadriven decisions to enhance the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Education or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM including implementation customization and user training.

Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs

Skills:

Indepth knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM (including Sales Service and Marketing modules).

Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in elearning tools and platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or any other relevant certification is highly desirable
