Job Description
A growing boutique investment firm in Delaware County PA is seeking a dedicated Investment Banking Analyst to join their team. This role is critical for supporting various banking activities including valuation analysis market research and data management. The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Delaware County PA Hybrid
Compensation: $50000.00 $60000.00 bonus
- Valuation Analysis: Conduct valuation analyses including public comparable companies and precedent transactions.
- Research: Perform industry market and competitor research and due diligence.
- Marketing Materials: Support the preparation of marketing materials that describe clients businesses and growth prospects.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to forecast clients businesses and growth opportunities.
- Transaction Management: Identify potential buyers investors or targets for each engagement and manage transaction data logistics.
- Experience: Minimum one year of investment banking private equity or relevant M&A advisory experience.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business finance economics or accounting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical organizational and attentiontodetail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
