Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to take your career to the next level Our client a leading provider of HVAC rental services is seeking a skilled Service Manager to join their dynamic team!

The Ideal Candidate:
- 25 years of experience in the HVAC rental industry or related field preferably in a service management role
- Associate degree from an accredited vocational college (preferred)
- HVAC certification (2year program or Universal Refrigeration Certificate) or equivalent experience
- 13 years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; familiarity with MRP or Rental software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Exciting Role:
- Lead a team of 1 to 12 Service Technicians enhancing customer experience through excellent service management
- Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Process customer orders and oversee equipment installation maintenance and repairs
- Manage equipment storage and organization within the branch warehouse
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality
- Implement and maintain service procedures to support operational consistency
- Oversee training for Service Technicians in various aspects of HVAC rental equipment

What to Expect:
- Rotating oncall schedule with availability for evenings weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Possible travel requirements
- Overtime and doubletime pay rates for applicable hours worked
- Background check and drug test required
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical to operate company vehicles
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report (MVR) mandatory
