- Design develop & deliver documentation for the Database Life Cycle Management process & procedures Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions

Qualifications:
- 5 years in a writing or lead writing role
- Proven ability to work with developers engineers and operations teams
- Experience working with information technology life cycle management process & procedures documentation
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to check all technical material for consistency and accuracy
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to use common office software such as Visio Word PowerPoint SharePoint Teams
