Summary: As an Application Designer you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing business needs and designing innovative solutions to meet those needs. You will also actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to workrelated problems. Your expertise in Functional Test Planning will be essential in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the applications you design. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop applications that meet business process and application requirements. Ensure the successful implementation of applications by conducting thorough testing and quality assurance. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the applications. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience in designing and developing applications using relevant programming languages and frameworks. Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes. Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation tools. Experience in performance testing and optimization. Knowledge of security and compliance standards in application development. Good to have Workday Product knowledge Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years fulltime education is required.
