Job Description
Position Title: CAD Designer
Department: Sales
Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Designer to join our sales team and support the promotion and sales of our innovative plastic formwork systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of civil construction have a proficiency in AutoCAD and related drawing software and be able to resolve technical queries related to civil construction and concrete structures. The Technical Support Engineer will also be responsible for calculating loads for concrete construction projects. The candidate should hold a qualified degree in a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to the sales team by understanding the plastic formwork system thoroughly.
Assist customers and sales representatives with technical inquiries related to civil construction and concrete structures.
Utilize AutoCAD STAAD PRO and other related drawing software to create detailed drawings and schematics for client presentations and project proposals.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest developments in plastic formwork systems and related technologies.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance product knowledge.

Calculations and Load Analysis:
Calculate loads and stresses for concrete construction projects to ensure the appropriate use of plastic formwork systems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to validate load calculations and provide technical insights.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
Address technical concerns and queries effectively building trust and rapport with clients.

Prepare technical documentation including manuals specifications and reports to assist clients in the installation and usage of plastic formwork systems.
Maintain detailed records of technical inquiries resolutions and client interactions.

Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including sales engineering and customer support to ensure seamless communication and support for clients.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide technical insights to enhance sales strategies
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role within the construction industry preferably with plastic formwork systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other related drawing software.
Strong understanding of civil construction principles concrete structures and load calculations.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Problemsolving mindset and ability to resolve technical queries effectively.
Customerfocused approach with a keen interest in building longterm client relationships.

Salary: 15000/ to 18000/ negotiable as per the experience.

Required Skills:
Soft Spoken
Good Knowledge of MS OFFICE especially excel and word.
Working Location: Ghaziabad Office.
