Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist (Allied)
Location: Dallas GA
Pay rate: $47/hourly
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 40
- Outpatient Experience is preferred.
- Will accept New Grads Yes
- Will accept First Time Travelers Yes
- Patient Population: General outpatient ortho
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 1214 patients/day; Doublebooking of follow up visits expected
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients physical conditions and movement abilities.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients on selfmanagement strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patients needs.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- State licensure typically through passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills.
- Empathy compassion and commitment to ethical practice.
