Job Description
Job title: Java Architect
location: Frisco TX (Hybrid 2 or 3 days a week)
Client quarter hill
Duration: 12 months contract
Visa: USC GC EADGC H4

Position Overview:
- Join us as a BOS Java Architect where you will lead the rapid setup and troubleshooting of new back office systems for Quarterhill/ETC during their golive phases. Additionally you will ensure that all deliveries strictly adhere to Quarterhills best practices.
- The successful candidate will have experience in coding and the ability to utilize that experience for difficult issues.
- We are looking for a candidate who can provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance processes and products.
- You will collaborate with diverse teams possessing varying skill sets in this role. A successful candidate will have the ability to contribute to a team and convey technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with other Architects Engineers Developers and Business Leaders to lead the teams in defining and implementing solutions.
- Assist management in conducting technology assessments and investigations aligned with the companys technology roadmap.
- Assist with creating optimizing and delivery methods for existing solutions.
- Conceptualize and influence solutions interface with project teams and advise steering to desired outcomes.
- Breadth of knowledge in established and emerging technologies including IoT hardware cloud solutions predictive analytics data visualization and machine learning technologies.
- Showcase your ability to positively influence the organization with clear communication persuasive skills and enthusiasm.
