Job Description

- Assist the General Manager.
- Prepare yourself to take over as a General Manager when needed.
- Lead direct motivate and hold accountable a team of professionals in order to meet and exceed goals.
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer / guest service.
- Project cando winningtype attitude with high energy and enthusiasm to entire team.
- Hire develop and future tomorrows managers and leaders.
- At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Resort Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager in a fullservice resort or upscale selectservice hotel.
- Experience with Food & Beverage preferred.
- Ability to articulate personal and teamled success stories.
- Valid unrestricted driver license.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Hands on experience with Hotel Property Management Systems or Software.
