Job Description
Job Title: Sr. Python Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term contract
Key Requirements:
- Develop and maint in highquality Python applications focusing on advanced concepts such as Gang of Four design patterns asynchronous programming and decorators.
- Design and implement system integrations between databases and APis ensuring robust transaction management failure handling validation and retries.
- Work with generative Al technologies including LangChain and Langraph to build and optimize agentic workflows.
- Implement and manage RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing vector databases for efficient data retrieval.
- *Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions on cloud platforms with a preference for AWS.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Python Skills: At least 3 years of experience in Python application development with a strong grasp of advanced programming concepts and design patterns.
- Generative Al and Agentic Workflows: Intermediate experience with generative Al technologies including LangChairfand Langraph and a solid understanding of agentic workflows.
- RAG and Vector Databases: Practical experience with RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) and working knowledge of vector databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in one of the top three cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with handson experience in deploying and managing cloudbased applications.
- System Integration: Proven experience in integrating systems across databases and APis both within cloud services and onpremises environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI Django and Pydantic.
- Familiarity with cloud services and tools specific to AWS including but not limited to EC2 S3 Lambda and RDS.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex techn concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
