Job Description
Job Title: LPN Unit Manager
Location: Lebanon NH 03766
Contract: 9 weeks
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours
Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support LPNs and nursing staff.
- Develop and manage patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
