Job Title: Vice President Institutional Sales

Business Unit: Chicago Institutional

Location: Chicago

Reports To: Managing Director Global Institutional Business Development

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time

Hours: 7:00 am 3:30 pm

Position Summary:

Vice President Institutional Sales is a selfmotivated enthusiastic individual who runs a book of client business with support from RJO. Responsibilities include soliciting clients to execute and clear business at RJO as well as service those clients already at RJO. Paramount is the ability to strategically align with clients helping them to move their business forward through new accounts and increased customer business.

The ideal candidate has 10 plus years of experience in futures brokerage sales with an active customer base of at least $500K of annual revenues. Exemplary skills in people and time management Issue resolution project management critical thinking and logic are necessary. You must also be flexible and adaptable to continual change in a growing environment. Competency in learning applications supporting unique processes and knowledge of the financial services sector is key.

Solid knowledge and experience with Futures / Trading industries is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide execution and clearing services to account holders at RJO
  • Manage client relationships and assist clients in achieving their futures trading goals.
  • Work with sales management to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the execution of new account paperwork for both execution and clearing accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 10 or more years of futures industry experience.
  • Supporting customer business of at least $500K annually
  • A bachelors degree is required.
  • Leadership time management strong critical thinking and logic skills.
  • Adaptable to continuous change.
Proven ability to identify process problems and recommend/implement solutions to improve
