Have a track record of achievement with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Embrace a rollupsleeves handson culture.
Possess a passion to build a business from the ground up.
Strong interpersonal communication.
Track record in managing daytoday operations of delivery unit including people management recruiting etc.
Relevant experience in an international SAP environment Completed studies in computer science business informatics or a comparable education/ qualification.
Relevant experience in project management is a clear plus. Very good written and spoken English is required.
