Job Description:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Engagement Manager
- Experience with project management
- Experience with building relationships with people at all levels
- Expert knowledge of the life cycle of lottery & gaming industry
- Super verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing all client requests and concerns
- Building relationships and collaborating with clients
- Managing the engagement strategy
- Tracking and managing all engagement metrics
- Managing and monitoring the engagement budget
- Providing regular reporting on the engagement performance
