Job Description
Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions including Core HR Payroll Talent Management Compensation and Benefits.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the design build and deployment phases.
- Manage the integration of Oracle HCM with other systems (e.g. ERP CRM) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize the HCM systems efficiency and reliability.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM product enhancements and industry trends and recommend new features or improvements to enhance the systems capabilities.
- Provide training and support to endusers and technical teams ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Oversee the creation of detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Human Resources or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in Oracle HCM solutions with at least 4 years in an architect or lead role.
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS).
- Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR Payroll Talent Management Compensation and Benefits.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM data structures integration and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with cloud architecture SaaS implementations and system integration.
- Experience in security best practices in Oracle HCM implementations.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
