Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the India and many other countries inthe world. The below client is a subsidiary of Client Motor Company for its operations in India and its Head Quarter is in Sholinganallur Chennai Tamil Nadu. This Client also has integrated manufacturing facilities in Sanand Gujarat.
Job Title: Application Technology Management Practitioner
Location: Chennai TN 600119
Duration: 12Months
Work Type: Onsite
Position Description:
- Roles and responsibilities 24/7 support Handle customer tickets towards Autosys batch scheduling (creating new batch updating existing batch) based on business requirement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer incidents against batch failures. Work to resolve WCC access related issues.
- Monitor Autosys mailbox for customer queries and address them on time. Address automated batch issues and take actions defined in knowledge article.
- Ensure that Autosys is up and running so that operations is not impacted. Monitoring OPENSYS mailbox for application related alerts and create incidents and follow the knowledge article instruction and take necessary action to resolve the issue. Monitor the queue for WebFocus tickets and perform the report package role activity between DEVQA QAPROD.
- Address the customer queries that is raised in OPENSYS.
Skills Required:
- Unix basic Autosys knowledge
Skills Preferred:
- Dynatrace ITIL process knowledge
Experience Required:
- Autosys minimum 2 years experience Unix 2 years WCC exposure
Education Required:
- BE BTech MCA
