Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business through effective management oversight for daytoday operations.
- Manage all food and beverage operations for the restaurants ensuring quality standards are maintained in terms of product service safety and sanitation.
- Implement and maintain cost controls within plan objectives to optimize profitability.
- Develop and uphold a service and management philosophy that guides team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee scheduling training and development of team members to foster a culture of accountability and responsibility.
- Manage the process for ordering and maintaining all inventories focusing on cost control efforts for labor and waste management.
- Provide leadership for each manager in the market to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Work with each Manager to deliver profit goals and meet targeted objectives utilizing available reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coach and train various levels of Management for operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain management staffing levels ensuring full staffing for each location in the market and actively participating in the selection process.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Lead recognition and motivation efforts throughout the market to inspire and retain talent.
- Authority to hire and terminate (or participate in those decisions) to maintain an effective team.
- Resolve Employee Relations (ER) activities proactively and effectively providing necessary assistance to managers.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in a related field.
- 5 years proven leadership experience managing multiple units preferably within a rapidly growing restaurant organization.
- Minimum five (5) years of prior food and beverage or hospitality experience is required.
Certifications & Licenses:
Physical & Safety Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting standing walking pulling pushing stretching twisting reaching kneeling stooping and bending with your body arms and/or legs.
- Must wear job specific personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participation in all safety and OSHA trainings.
- Ability to work with kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.
Work Schedule/Hours:
- 5 days a week as needed/50 hours per week.
