Job Description
Location: Dallas (Onsite)
Salary: $90K (Flexible)
L1 Triage Specialist:
- Must have monitoring tools expertise on following: Grafana ELK NewRelic and Kibana
- Must have good working experience on following ticketing tools: JIRA Service Now Service Now Desk
- Must have triaging skills on: AWS Kubernetes RabbitMQ IBM MQ etc.
- Must have basic triaging skills for Infra and Networking issues
