Job Title : Sr. Production Support Manager PHP
Job Type : W2
Experience : 510 years
Location : Buffalo New York
Responsibilities :
- Strong technical background ideally within a production support environment
- Experience with PHP is a must knowledge of PERL & Postgres is advantageous
- Extensive experience in clientfacing roles excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical difficulties
- Strong leadership skills experience developing and managing support teams
- Ability to adapt to change and implement/improve processes
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and excellence
- Ability to influence key decisions
- Handling vendor communication and delivery is an advent
Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
