What Youll Do:

As our new Compliance Specialist you will guide personnel through established compliance processes while monitoring the tracking of all compliance documentation in Textura and certified payroll in LCP Tracker. You will oversee labor compliance report any difficulties including corrective action plans and ensure that subcontractors appropriately categorize workers and submit certified payroll. Youll prepare submit and follow up on conformance requests. As directed by the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director you will update and evaluate contract and compliance paperwork for staff usage ensuring accuracy and resolving concerns as they occur. In addition you will establish project needs create and communicate plans to the preconstruction team compile and submit quarterly/monthly reports close off projects with DSLBD and identify new targeted organizations for partnership with the client. You will be responsible for normal quarterly reporting and acting as a liaison between the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director the staff of professional service companies and prime contractors for all compliancerelated issues.

What You Bring to The Table:

  • Well versed in excel and all MS Office Programs.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
  • Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective presentation skills both to internal and external groups.
  • Strong and proactive communication (written phone and in person).
  • Preferably 1 plus years of Compliance experience.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues subcontractors vendors architects designers and the community.

    • Salary Range: $50000$65000 commensurate with experience
