Job Summary:
- The Client Engineering team has launched a new ITAM service called Corporate AOU that tracks and reports on all internal use end user equipment (macOS iOS iPadOS etc).
- Client need a Sys Admin capable of learning the new platform and performing L2 triage and support for the admin users of the system.
- Handling support incidents in Service Now documenting support trends triaging and troubleshooting issues escalated to the team collaborating with the existing team to determineshort and long term solutions and enhancements.
