Job Description
- 12 years experience in Infrastructure services related projects; with 6 years in techno managerial roles
- 3 years experience in planning and implementing/managing Infra Transformation programs across storage compute End User Computing security concepts networking virtualization and cloud.
- 5 Years of Experience in managing a team size of 100 resources
- Managing P&L with a contract value of $50 MN USD
- Act as a Single point of contact for all customer escalations
- Experience in handling operations from customer location wherein the team mix is onsite (US) offshore (India)
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure solutions and concepts which include but are not limited to: ITSM Tool and Processes security high availability recovery performance monitoring and operations design and application architecture.
- Experience in collaborating with the client to drive New business
- Managing communications with all stakeholders
- Managing risks to the programs successful outcome
- Leading Weekly Monthly and quarterly governance reviews with the customer
- Planning and leading account review with internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with offshore delivery manager to drive account growth
- Work with TechM Teams to drive quality assurance programs and ensure compliance
- Leading client audits from delivery end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
