Position : Technical Program Manager Role
Location : Franklin TN (Day 1 onsite)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data and analytics projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Drive the implementation of datadriven solutions and analytics strategies to meet business objectives. Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data and analytics and provide recommendations for incorporating new technologies into existing projects. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management with a focus on data and analytics projects.
- Proven experience in managing data and analytics projects with a strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Kanban).
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP PMIACP or CSM are desirable.
