Job Description
Precision Imaging Centers is expanding in Northeast Florida and is hiring a PartTime Weekend Front Desk Guest Ambassador at our Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville. The ability to work weekends Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm is required. This position allows you the opportunity to advance your career while providing you with paid time off and the support you need from a leader in medical imaging diagnostics. Position Overview:
Guest Ambassador: This role combines front desk duties with patient experience coordination focusing on hospitality and exceptional customer service. You ll work closely with the Center team to deliver a welcoming and memorable experience while promoting Precision s services to suit individual patients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Checking in patients answering questions providing waittime information: 35%
- Creating a welcoming experience through authentic greetings and outstanding customer service: 25%
- Promoting services and educating patients (nonmedical focus): 20%
- Directing guests and maintaining registration flows: 10%
- Keeping waiting areas clean and performing general cleaning duties: 5%
- Stocking refreshments and encouraging patient reviews: 5%

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree preferred.
- Experience: 13 years in hospitality clinical environments or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication rapportbuilding problemsolving adaptability service promotion time management conflict resolution attention to detail and team collaboration.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Occasionally lifting items over 25 lbs.
