Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated selfdriven individuals passionate about personal development and helping others grow. As part of our team youll have the flexibility to work from home create your own schedule and play a key role in supporting clients on their journey toward personal and professional transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to individuals in their personal growth and selfdevelopment journey.
- Utilize our proven system to help clients set and achieve meaningful goals.
- Work independently to manage your schedule and projects with the freedom to work remotely.
- Engage in regular personal development training and mentorship sessions to improve skills and leadership qualities.
- Performance based responsibilities & Marketing Strategy needed.
- Build and manage client relationships through excellent communication and support.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about personal development and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously from at least 23 hours a day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by flexibility growth potential and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- No experience in the industry required but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
