Role Description
This position requires close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate pipeline. You will help with the initial stages of the recruitment process ensuring candidates are qualified and prescreened before moving forward.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing or recruitment role.
- Experience using ATS tools (preferably RecruitCRM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Utilize RCRM to identify and reach out to qualified candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Proactively source candidates for open roles by developing strong search strategies.
- Communicate with potential candidates to gauge interest and prescreen them for further evaluation.
- Track and manage all candidates in the ATS system ensuring profiles are up to date.
- Review candidates' resumes applications and other materials to ensure they meet the qualifications for open positions.
- Collect and manage candidate introduction videos ensuring all relevant materials are uploaded into the company systems.
- Coordinate and oversee the administration of typing assessments to candidates as needed.
- Ensure candidate profiles are accurately completed and updated within the RCRM system throughout the hiring process.
Compensation:
Monthly salary depending on experience.
