Requirement:
Python developer for a startup company in the field of process manufacturing industrial ytics.
About company:
The company will offer products and services for data ytics in process industries. The main product offering is a software application for industrial data ytics. The application will fetch time series data from different PLCDCS historians and SCADA systems in various formats like OPC. Various monitoring and ysis functions are performed with this data with capability of both offline ysis and real time implementation. The capabilities of the application will include data extractionprocessing visualisation and ytics causal ysis root cause ysis controller performance monitoring monitoring and insights for specific components like valves and actuators fault detection and diagnosis and predictive ysis. The application will utilise causal reasoning uni variate and multivariate statistical ods along with machine learning algorithms for implementing various diagnostic and prognostic functions. The application will provide actionable insights to plant operators/engineers/managers for effectively managing abnormal situations enabling preventive maintenance and finding avenues for process improvement leading to reducing production costs and better efficiency safety and productivity. The products will be designed to be deployed both in client premises and over the cloud.
About candidate:
The candidate will be the main full stack developer of this application and will implement the algorithms in Python and will be involved in decisions pertaining to UI design and software architecture. The candidate will collaborate with the design team and clients to implement ideas and algorithms.
